Unlike many other mats that have been constructed using cheeper, poorly suitable materials for washing, such as PVC for example, our mats are specifically designed to be washed over and over again to maintain a 'good-as-new' appearance and provide first class functionality for many years to come.

wash+dry mats, unlike cheap disposable mats, are designed to be washed and dried repeatedly and maintain an as-new appearance for many years. We have so much confidence in this superior product that we are happy to offer a 5-year guarantee against defects whilst washing and drying.

The wash+dry guarantee is for 5-years, subject to normal human wear and tear and against faulty workmanship or manufacturing defects, from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase will be required in the event of a guarantee issue.

Cancelling and returns

Cancelling your order:

Your statutory right: You have the statutory right to cancel your order within 7 days, you may do this by contacting us by email, please make sure you provide your full contact details on any correspondance. Our details can be found on our Contact Us page.

If you notify us before we have dispatched the goods to you will will immediately cancel your order and refund your account the full amount paid.

Where goods have already been dispatched to you; you must first take receipt of the goods before returning them to us in accordance with clause 5.2 of our Cancellation and Returns Policy. We will refund your account for the purchase amount once we have recieved the returned goods in a resaleable condition. Our returns address is on our Contact Us page.

Returning your goods:

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note the costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
