General FAQ
Q: What are the delivery times?
A: We aim to dispatch all orders next working day, although during busy times this can increase to 3 days. Your delivery will be via Royal Mail, UK Mail or TNT, depending on area and parcel size. Unfortunately we are unable to advise precise delivery times, as these services are not governed by ourselves.
Q: Do you deliver overseas?
A: Yes, for an overseas or offshore island delivery quote you must place your order by telephone or e-mail. Details can be found on our contacts page.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can notify us by email before we have dispatched the goods to you or, where goods have already been dispatched to you, you can return the goods to us in accordance with clause 5.2 of our Cancellation and Returns Policy. Note the carriage cost willl be borne by you. Please read our Terms and Conditions for further details.
Q: Can I return my product?
A: Yes, you can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Please read our Terms and Conditions for further details.
Q: Are my payment details secure?
A: Yes, our office staff will only see your contact details, while your payment details are handled by PROTX - Sage Pay - one of the UK's largest independent payment service providers, with secure online credit and debit card payment solutions. You can verify this by locating the padlock icon within your browser window whilst you are on the payment pages.
If you make a payment by telephone, our staff will enter your information directly into a secure banking system while you are on the phone. You will also receive an e-mailed receipt confirming your payment. Our company fully complies with all available laws regarding the handling of personal information.
